Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected international destinations including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Israel. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Lead times

Most of our products are made to order, so there is a production time before your order ships:

• Carbon fibre parts: typically 1–3 weeks to produce, followed by 1–2 weeks delivery.
• Custom carbon steering wheels: we confirm fitment with you after you order, then confirm your build and delivery time by email.
• Titanium exhaust systems: lead times are confirmed by email after you order.

These times are estimates. We will keep you updated by email if anything changes.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the size of the item and the destination, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Large items such as bumpers, bonnets, body kits and exhaust systems may use a larger-item delivery rate.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details where available.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives and before fitting. If anything is damaged, contact us through our contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will put it right. See our refund policy for details.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you order. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible and before your order ships.
