Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase from venumsystems.com, operated by VENUM Systems ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them, along with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly, in which case we will refund any payment in full.

2. Made-to-order and custom products

Most of our products are made to order for your car. Made-to-order and custom items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for a change of mind once ordered. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Photos are for reference. Carbon fibre is a natural composite, so weave pattern, forged carbon marbling and finish can vary slightly from photos and between pieces. Steering wheel shape and buttons vary by model, and we confirm exact fitment with you before building.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless you choose another currency at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Fitment and installation

It is your responsibility to check that a product is right for your vehicle before ordering. We are happy to confirm fitment if you contact us first. We strongly recommend that all parts are fitted by a qualified professional. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or use of a product other than as intended.

5. Road use and regulations

Some performance products, including certain exhaust systems and components, may not comply with road, emissions, noise or vehicle inspection rules in your country, and may affect your vehicle warranty or insurance. It is your responsibility to make sure any product you fit complies with the laws that apply to you and to tell your insurer about modifications.

6. Warranty

Any warranty offered on a product is described on its product page. Warranties do not cover damage from incorrect installation, accidents, misuse, track or competition use beyond the product's intended purpose, or normal wear.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of use of your vehicle.

8. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
